1. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle Dienstleistungen von AnkerWerte Consulting LLC (DBA AnchorGraFX Design Co.). Abweichende Bedingungen gelten nur bei ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Zustimmung.
2. Vertragsschluss
Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn der Auftraggeber ein Angebot schriftlich annimmt oder der Auftragnehmer einen Auftrag schriftlich bestätigt.
3. Leistungsumfang
Der Umfang der Leistungen ergibt sich aus dem jeweiligen Angebot. Änderungen bedürfen einer schriftlichen Vereinbarung.
4. Vergütung und Zahlung
Rechnungen sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Abzug fällig. Bei Zahlungsverzug werden Verzugszinsen in gesetzlicher Höhe berechnet.
5. Urheberrecht
Alle erstellten Arbeiten bleiben bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Auftragnehmers. Mit Zahlung werden die vereinbarten Nutzungsrechte übertragen.
6. Haftung
Der Auftragnehmer haftet nur für vorsätzliche oder grob fahrlässige Schäden. Eine Haftung für mittelbare Schäden ist ausgeschlossen.
7. Vertraulichkeit
Beide Parteien verpflichten sich zur strikten Vertraulichkeit aller im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit erhaltenen Informationen.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht des US-Bundesstaates Iowa. Gerichtsstand ist Omaha, Nebraska, USA.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by AnkerWerte Consulting LLC (DBA AnchorGraFX Design Co.). Deviating client terms only apply with express written consent.
2. Contract Formation
A contract is formed when the client accepts an offer in writing or the Contractor confirms an order in writing.
3. Scope of Services
The scope of services is set out in the respective offer. Changes require a written agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days without deduction. Late payment will incur interest at the statutory rate.
5. Copyright
All created works remain the Contractor's property until paid in full. Upon full payment, the agreed usage rights are transferred to the client.
6. Liability
The Contractor is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent damages. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to treat all information received in the course of collaboration as strictly confidential.
8. Applicable Law
The laws of the State of Iowa, USA apply. Place of jurisdiction is Omaha, Nebraska, USA.
